Superbly positioned on the rocks at Mossel Bay's famous lighthouse, 52 sea-facing, en-suite rooms with private balconies overlooking the Indian Ocean. A huge tidal pool right in front of the hotel offers safe bathing, whilst surfers can enjoy one of the best surfing venues on the coastline. A 15 km walking trail along the coast starts at the hotel. The Lighthouse Restaurant and bar cater for all tastes and appetites.

Recreational activities include swimming in a tidal pool and leisurely walks along the beautiful coastline. The St Blaize hiking trail starts at the hotel and leads along a contour path for 15km to Dana Bay.

Mofam River Lodge is a stunning venue for weddings - it is hidden in the Elgin Valley with large open lawn and on the banks of the slow flowing Palmiet River. Your wedding and reception can be held on site - you can arrive on a barge across the river to meet your groom, or walk amongst the vineyards or you can even get married in our labyrinth. We can host weddings up to 200 max and co-ordinate the entire wedding on site. We also have 10 chalets to accommodate some of your guests and a honeymoon suite about 1km away from the lodge.

The Greyton Lodge restaurant is internationally renowned for its award winning cuisine. Fifteen en-suite double bedrooms, suites and honey moon suites, all individually decorated. Many of the rooms have fire places and private entrance from the garden. Big garden that can seat up to 150 guests under a marquee. The restaurant can seat up to 80 guests in 3 different dining rooms that can be opened up to one large dining room. Live music concerts are hosted every Friday afternoon in the garden during the summer and in the Gallery in front of the fire during the winter.
